·   Managed the corporate Program Management Office (PMO) of the BD team for the Corporate Headquarters in Reston, VA. Lead all Business Development activities including meeting with government customers, industry partners, writing white papers and organizing capture for all identified target opportunities. Responsible for all proposals, prime and sub, for compliance, including all review gates and response criteria.

·   Managed and supported writing winning SPAWAR proposals valued over $75M and Federal proposals valued over $50M.

·   As the SPAWAR Task Order Manager, activities required in Pillar management included teaming, pricing, opportunity tracking and response compliance. SPAWAR is Centuria’s most important Business Development vehicle.

·   Project Manager for Centuria’s VACO On-Site Information Technology Support for Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO) Corporate Office, and with the Naval Tactical Command Support System SPAWAR Task Order in Norfolk, VA. Daily duties consisted of data metrics capture, staff management, customer interfacing and budgetary management.

The Ambit Group, Capture Manager/Business DevelopmentApril 2011 to December 2012

·   Internally supported Ambit’s business development efforts; sales, capture and proposal development in response to federal task orders issued by numerous government agencies.

·   Responsible for all project and task order development at Department of State and Department of Justice, specifically FBI. Responsibilities included lead identification, partnership/teaming strategy, networking, and client relationship management.

·   Implemented an internal proposal development process to standardize the management of all Ambit proposals.

·   Supported the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Health Information (OHI) in their joint venture effort with the Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Navy to manage interagency project control and schedule for the Enterprise System Management (ESM 80) program.
